First and foremost I am passionate about recruitment. With 19 years’ experience in the industry, I worked out very quickly that, when done correctly, recruitment has a massive impact on our candidates' and clients' lives.

My purpose and ability to add value is the driving force behind the culture and development of Panacea. A large part of my role is to ensure the processes and systems we use are at the cutting edge, to make sure we add value at all stages and ensure that we continue on our path to become the go-to company in our specialist vertical sectors. I positively encourage all of my colleagues to be themselves, and to be open and honest in order to build partnerships with our candidates and clients.
