My client is an established BMS Specialist in Yorkshire. It’s a dynamic Blue chip business who are looking to break a £42 million turn over this year. What I am looking for:

I am looking for a BMS Business Development Manager who is willing to go the extra mile; is disciplined, presentable, shows a desire to learn and has the right attitude. My client is looking for a dynamic senior salesperson,  manager or director with experience of selling BMS support contracts. Ideally you will have experience with selling into the End User or FM marketplaces.

This role with require you to work predominantly in the North Midlands and Yorkshire regions; it is a mobile role. 

What the role requires:

The role of BMS Business Development Manager will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis:

  • Selling Support and Energy Contracts
  • Selling into Facility Management companies and Directly with End Users where possible
  • Working with new business and existing clients 
  • Relationship building up to C-Suite level
  • Working with technical sales teams on upgrade projects
  • Drawing up Tenders and

Across business this will be fully supported and all training will be provided:

  • Basic salary £33 - £50k DOE
  • Lucrative commission structure; OTE of £45 - £60k
