What I am looking for:
I am looking for a BMS Support Sales Engineer who is willing to go the extra mile; is disciplined, presentable, shows a desire to learn and has the right attitude. My client is looking for a dynamic salesperson, with experience of selling BMS support contracts or are a BMS Engineer that loves customer side of things. Ideally you will have contacts within the End User or FM marketplaces.
This role with require you to work predominantly in Central London and surrounding areas. You will be home based and fully mobile.
What the role requires:
The role of BMS Support Sales Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis:
- Selling Support and Energy Contracts
- Selling into Facility Management companies and Directly with End Users where possible
- Working with new business and existing clients
- Relationship building up to C-Suite level
- Site Surveys
- Tendering for contract renewals and upgrade projects

- Basic salary £40- £50k DOE
- Lucrative commission structure; OTE of £50 - £70k
