I have a great role with one of the largest BMS controls company in the UK, after a they are looking to strengthen their Yorkshire office's team after winning a large service contract with an important local hospital trust. What am I looking for:
I am looking for a solid BMS Service Engineer who has a customer-focused attitude, a great aptitude for problem-solving and excellent communication skills who is competent with Andover Continuum and more recently Schneider Struxtureware. You will be from a BMS background with sound HVAC plant knowledge, an understanding of HVAC control theory and electrical qualifications.
Territory:
This role will require you to cover the thee large hospitals in the southern Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire area. You will be site-based and semi-mobile.
What the role requires
The role of BMS Service Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis
- Pre-planned maintenance
- Reactive Breakdowns (no call out rota)
- Software modifications
- Graphic page modification and generation
- Commissioning and Project Management on small works projects up to £50K in value
What you can expect back:
- Basic salary £35,000 - £47,000
- Car allowance of £6,500 pa or fully Expensed Company Car
